Just wanted to present to you the publication of my book this week "The Inexistent war; Cyber Warfare".
It is in Spanish. Originally was a research paper that now is transformed in a book where I try to explain what challenges our Information Age Society is bringing to war , the army and the States in a fast and constant changing world.
I have made an analisis about contemporary International law and the challenges that Cyber Warfare and Cyber Security represents for the International Arena.
What International Organizations and EU Institutions are doing and what steps they are taking to develop and implement new rules that try to adapt the old legislation to the new cyber threats and how they are dealing with the new society that is emerging from the Information Age ; a Society that has nothing to do with the one that created those insitutions and International Organizations.
As far as I know it is the first book published in Spain about Cyber Warfare.
